Personalized Medical has instituted the following guidelines in compliance with CDC and State of CT regulations. These protocols will ensure our patients the level of comfort necessary for those who need to be seen in person at our office.

• When you arrive, please call our office. One of our staff members will meet you and check your temperature.

• Facemask is optional.

• We will bring you directly to an exam or consultation room. Only the patient will be allowed into the office. If another family member is accompanying you, we ask that they either attend your visit or wait in the car.

• We are making every effort to keep our waiting room empty. This will ensure safety for our staff as well as other patients.
